Well I've seen the apology ... I'd put it on par with me apologizing for cursing when I stub my toe.

This wasn't a reflex curse ... this was a diatribe expressing the usual tone of our right wing "conservatives".

I can't wait to hear what my peers in the East have to say about this ... probably more fuel on the fire for Saskatchewan being filled with bigots.

I'll say this now ... we're not filled with bigots, but so long as we continue to elect them as our representatives, what do you expect people to think about us?

Down with the tory agenda ... regardless of how you badge it ... saskparty, conservative party ... it's all the same

To add another note to this ... Doreen Eagles SaskParty MLA for Estevan, following a federal debate during the 2006 Federal election was heard to say something to the effect of "Who was that lesbian that had to bring up same sex marriage"

That lesbian was my mother in law ...

And if Doreen paid more attention to the debate then ensuring she cheered loudly for The conservative candidate and booed for any conflicting opinion she would have noticed that when she took the microphone she stated "As a Heterosexual Mother of 2, and happily married woman"

And even is she was a pink purple toed hippopotamus ... its an issue of human rights, the Saskparty and the conservatives continue to step on them.
Ugh ... I have to continue to shake my head

And to the detractors that say ... it's nitpicking over aged comments ... Need I remind you that yes opinions can change, but what if he had been making similar comments about an ethnic minority, it wouldn't even be a question of apologizing. It would be a swift boot out the doors of parliament.
